Dr Paul Stanford Kupakuwana is the CEO & Founder of Simuka Homes Limited, where he leads the company’s strategy, governance, and project delivery. Paul (or Stan) holds an undergraduate qualification from the University of Oxford, numerous engineering qualifications, an MBA from the University of Hull, and a PhD in Project Management from Leeds Metropolitan University. He also earned a Professional Diploma in Banking & Finance from the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF). Professionally, Paul is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Fellow of LIBF. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance (LIBF), holds the RICS Certificate in Construction Project Management, and the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction Certificate, credentials that underpin his ability to structure, fund, and deliver viable development schemes while ensuring robust standards from pre-construction through handover.
